Teachers Saving Children® Inc. of Ohio got off to a start in
1991 through the organizational efforts of Connie Bancroft and a
group of other dedicated, pro-life educators in this state.
Since that time, individual Ohio members have become defenders
of children's lives in many ways--

as Teachers Saving Children®Inc. of Ohio officers,
interviewed via radio, TV, magazines, and newspapers
-
as volunteers who help with the Teachers Saving Children®
newsletter
-
as people who engage youth through Teachers Saving Children®
Inc. of Ohio's student video and photography contests
-
as recipients of, and readers of, the Teachers Saving
Children® newsletter in order to stay informed
-
as members who schedule speakers and the Wonder of Life
exhibit at their church or for their organization
-
as speakers at pro-life speaking engagements
-
as outspoken delegates at Ohio Education Association union
assemblies and at National Education Association union
assemblies, where the words “reproductive freedom” in union
documents include the OEA's and the NEA's support for
unrestricted, legalized abortion
-
as providers of information regarding union alternatives
-
as participants in conference calls
-
as writers of pro-life letters to the editor
-
as pray-ers on the sidewalks of abortion mills, where hearts
and minds can sometimes be changed
-
as participants at meetings with our representatives in
Congress
-
as volunteers at pregnancy help centers
-
as people who pray at home and at church for prenatal children
and their mothers
-
as pro-life enthusiasts who work to simply spread the word to
family, friends, and acquaintances
None of our members can do everything, but all of our members
can do something. Together, with God's gracious help, we will do
our best in protecting the lives of preborn children-the future
students of Ohio schools-from death by abortion. We welcome
active teachers, student teachers, retired teachers, education
support staff, and others to join Teachers Saving Children®!
